Regarding ECO KILLERS – ROSTOPASCA project

When thinking of dolls, stuffed animals, you are not thinking of accidents, crimes or dramas that could climax as a dream-resembling world. Still, finding them during the night, surprising them with no breath, and registering their death through the lenses of the camera in a “crime scene” manner, is bringing forth the symbols of childhood in an altered form, changing their meaning in a shocking way. The viewer is confronted with a paradox and has to find himself, his/her childhood memories and therefore, to find a way to cope with the end of the dream.
